The Easiest Cold Brew Popsicles
Summer may be coming to a close, but popsicles are the best way to finish this season off!

We have a two ingredient (yes TWO!) Cold Brew popsicle recipe that we have been loving lately. And the best part: if you don’t have popsicle molds, this recipe can easily be made into no-churn ice cream.
What you’ll need:
4 cups cold brew (you can find our fail-proof cold brew recipe here!)
1/2 cup sweet and condensed milk (or more depending on the sweetness level you like) If you prefer your popsicle less sweet, add whole milk to dilute the sweetness without sacrificing the creaminess.
Bonus: add sprinkles, chocolate chips or coarsely ground coffee beans for texture in your popsicles/ice cream.
In a large pitcher mix together the prepared cold brew and sweet and condensed milk. Stir vigorously to make sure your liquids are mixed well. Once they are mixed, pour into your popsicle molds (place any additions-sprinkles, chocolate chips- to the bottom of the popsicle) and put in the freezer for 4 hours before serving.
To make no church ice cream, pour your mixture into a loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap (or a lid) and place in the freezer for at least 7 hours before serving.
